How will I get to know whether my bill payment was successful?

You will get to see payment confirmation on your screen. We will also send you a SMS & mail confirmation post successful transaction. Alternatively, you could Track Transaction Status to know the status of your last payment.

Money was deducted but payment did not get credited for my number, what should I do?

  • In case your money has been deducted & for some reason we are unable to process your bill payment, refund will be processed within 3 working days. Alternatively, you could Track Transaction Status to know the status of your last bill payment. In case we are unable to process your bill payment we will update the status of your transaction here.
